Shipping policy
Please allow up to 48 hours for all orders to be processed and shipped.
📦 Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.
Every product is tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.
🚚 Please take a moment to inspect your order upon delivery.
📸 Claims for damaged items during shipping must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. High Society 420 is not responsible for packages reported missing after delivery, including theft from mailboxes, porches, or other delivery locations.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance covers packages that are lost or damaged while in transit. It does not cover packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported missing.
Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate a Delivered-Not-Received inquiry and may be required to file a police report for mail theft. If the carrier determines an error occurred, we will assist with documentation as needed.
Delivery Options
Customers in high-theft areas are encouraged to select signature-required delivery or hold-for-pickup options when available.
